High School Reform Cohort

The High School Cohort consists of Ohio superintendents and staff at the Ohio Department of Education, all of whom will receive leadership training and implement action plans focused on improving high school outcomes in their districts and the state.

At the June Forum, we address building-level leadership: How do we develop the capacity of our principals and assistant principals to improve student outcomes? We will make connections between the big ideas of Adaptive Leadership™ and key leadership practice issues with principals.
